I have been an active Realtor for 4 plus years and selling various items and products since 2000, serving the Fresno area where I have lived for more than 40 years. I rarely have time for leisurely activities as I am immersed in my business as a realtor but when I have time to myself, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. I strive to go above and beyond for my clients and put all my education and knowledge of real estate to effective use. I have a Sales and Marketing degree which if found to be crucial when representing my Sellers. I have earned designations that demonstrate I went above and beyond the norm of licensing and earned a Certified Residential Specialist designation, I completed a Graduate Realtor Institute designation and a Sellers Representative Specialist Designation. These three designations are the dedication of my work ethic to assist my client in their real estate transaction. I feel that in any business transaction and especially in an agent to client relationship, communication is key. I constantly keep my clients informed on the direction and stages of the home buying and selling process. My clients always leave better versed about real estate after the process. I maintain my flexibility as to the changes in the real estate industry which can happen in months or weeks. I am also easily accessible at any time. I have the Negotiation Expert Certification, ensuring the buyer or seller I am representing that I am capable of getting them their new home. I am trained to assist in all military Relocation and I am proud that I can give back to our members in this way.
