Tano Holmes is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with nine years of experience in the real estate industry. A graduate of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Tano holds a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. He is also a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He is a REALTOR® and member of the National Association of REALTORS®, a Certified Probate Expert (CPE), and a licensed real estate appraisal trainee.
Tano's real estate experience extends beyond brokerage. At the age of 26, he was elected to the Board of Managers of The Orion Condominium at 3044 Third Avenue in the Bronx, where he served as Treasurer from 2017 through 2019. As a landlord himself in multiple markets, Tano also brings firsthand experience with property ownership and stays informed on current landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
Tano works closely with his clients throughout every stage of a real estate transaction, from the initial consultation through closing. His previous career in hospitality has shaped his approach to real estate, with an emphasis on clear communication, attention to detail, responsiveness, and understanding each client's individual needs.
Outside of real estate, Tano enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, walking his Pomeranian, cooking, and playing chess.
