Rett Harmon has been a licensed real estate professional for 15 years in the state of Georgia and Alabama. He is the Co-Broker Owner of CENTURY 21 Novus Realty (Southern Roots Group LLC) located in Carollton, GA. His firm specializes in the sale of commercial and investment properties, property management, farms and land. Rett began selling real estate while a junior in college and earned his Bachelor's of Business Administration degree as a real estate major from the University of West Georgia. Afterwards, Rett formed a property management company partnership with Curtis North in 2008, where they currently manage over 500 properties. Rett actively sells with CENTURY 21 Novus which has close to 30 sales associates and 11 employees. He also leads a 10-member agent sales associate team with over 100 active listings and closed 184 transactions in 2016. Rett has served as his local board of REALTORS® President, is a graduate of the Georgia REALTORS® Leadership Academy, served as the State Young Professionals Network (YPN) chair, Regional Director, and serves The National Association of REALTORS® on the Research Committee and Commercial Research Advisory Board. In addition, he is an Eagle Scout and founder of Retro Mobile DJ Services, his fun "side" job that he started in high school and still actively operates today. Rett and his family reside in Carrollton, GA. His hobbies include hunting/ fishing, coaching little league baseball, spending time outdoors at Lake Wedowee and DJ-ing. Rett is also the founder of Reels for Easter Seals INC - a not for profit company that raises money for Easter seals while teaching kids about fishing, the outdoors and what it means to give back
