As the Regional Sales Manager and Broker for the Edmond office of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, I'm passionate about helping both real estate professionals and clients achieve their goals. My background in real estate sales and property management has given me a well-rounded perspective and a practical approach to serving others.
The two parts of my job I enjoy most is coaching and developing agents and also solving problems. I love helping people build confidence, grow sustainable businesses, and discover what's possible for their careers. There are few things more rewarding than watching an agent reach a goal they once thought was out of reach. My role isn't just to manage an office?it's to encourage, equip, and invest in the people around me so they can build businesses and lives they're proud of.
