I've called the Lindale area home for more than 20 years, so East Texas isn't just where I work-it's home. Over the years, I've been blessed to help hundreds of buyers and sellers through all kinds of real estate transactions. I've also been fortunate to receive recognition as a Masters Diamond Producer, Mid-Year Pacesetter, and a CENTURY 21 Texas Top 100 Agent for units closed.
Marketing is definitely one of my favorite parts of what I do. I'm a firm believer that putting a house on the MLS and sticking a sign in the yard isn't enough anymore. I love creating a strategy that gets a home noticed-from pricing and presentation to professional marketing, social media, and finding creative ways to put my listings in front of the right people.
But at the end of the day, real estate is about SO much more than houses to me. It's about people. It's about listening, answering the million questions, negotiating when it matters, solving the unexpected problems, celebrating the wins, and sometimes just being the person who says, "Okay…take a breath. We've got this."
I genuinely love what I do. I love getting to know my clients, hearing their stories, and being trusted with such an important part of their lives. Whether I'm helping someone buy their first home, sell a longtime family home, find land, build something new, or make their next big move, I'm all in.
