Since beginning her real estate journey in 1998, Micki has built a reputation for excellence and consistent success. In 2004, she purchased Hilgart Realty in Mercer and became Broker/Owner of Century 21 Pierce Realty. She continued to grow the business by acquiring Northwoods Realty's Manitowish Waters office in 2007 and opening a third office in Boulder Junction in 2010.
