Melanie Kirchmeier
Melanie Kirchmeier is the Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett and a real estate leader serving Salado and the greater Temple-Belton area. She was raised in Salado after her father, Bill Bartlett, moved the family there in the early 1970s to start a career in real estate. She later followed in his footsteps, earning her real estate license in 1989 and becoming the Broker/Owner of the company in 1998, keeping his legacy running strong ever since. With over 35 years of real estate experience, Melanie has sold more than $150 million in career transaction volume and ranks amongst the top 3% of agents in the Central Texas MLS over the past five years.
