I've spent the last 20 years full time in real estate, with the past 10 years as a producing broker, helping clients and agents navigate an industry that has changed dramatically-while never losing sight of what truly matters: trust, skill, and hands-on guidance. My career and experience spans every major market shift and that perspective matters. In January 2024, I became the producing Broker-Owner of CENTURY 21 JRS Realty, building on decades of experience that began long before smartphones, apps, and instant data. Having worked in this business before phones had internet, I bring strong old-school fundamentals-negotiation, problem-solving, relationship-building, while fully embracing today's technology, AI, and modern systems that elevate results for both clients and agents. Our brokerage has grown intentionally and strategically, including the expansion into Cranford, where CENTURY 21 Supreme, the trusted and successful company known in the community for decades became our third office of CENTURY 21 JRS Realty. My background, peppered with such experiences as a degree in Psychology, President of a nationwide C21Broker Association from 2020-2025 and community involvement as a township councilwoman brings more life experience and skills to the forefront.
