I've called the Salida area home for years, and I understand why people are drawn here. The mountains, the river, and the strong sense of community make this a place like no other. As a full-time Broker Associate with First Colorado Land Office, now part of Century 21 Community First, I bring both local knowledge and professional expertise to the table. I hold designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, and Pricing Strategy Advisor. In 2023, I was honored to be named REALTOR® of the Year. That recognition reflects my focus on clear communication, strong advocacy, and real results for my clients.
