Beverly's real estate career is built on a diverse professional foundation. Before entering real estate, she spent 16 years as a professional educator, dedicating much of that time to teaching secondary mathematics. Her analytical skills naturally led her into real estate appraisal, where she operated Wallace Appraisals and earned the designation of State Certified General Appraiser, the highest level of appraisal certification. She later followed her passion for photography and became the proprietor of Image Photography, where she managed a staff of 10, developed major client accounts, and built a growing clientele. These experiences gave Beverly an unusually broad understanding of property value, market analysis, presentation, photography, marketing, communication, and client service.

In 2015, Beverly earned her real estate license and joined the CENTURY 21 Bill Bartlett family. Since then, she has continued to build her business through knowledge, relationships, service, and a genuine commitment to her clients. Beverly's connection to Central Texas is personal as well as professional. Born and raised in Houston, she eventually moved with her husband, Frank, and their two sons, Beau and Miles, to Gatesville where their family has multi-generational roots, and later to Salado, where they found a beloved church home, lifelong friendships, and wonderful schools. Beverly and Frank remain deeply involved in the Salado community. At First Baptist Church, where Frank served on the pastoral staff until his recent retirement, Beverly teaches and provides leadership in her adult Bible study and mentors children through Bible Drill. Her lifelong love of teaching and connecting with people of all ages continues to shape the way she serves her community and her real estate clients.

Family and adventure remain central to Beverly's life. She and Frank have traveled to all 50 states and more than 40 countries, visited many national parks and landmarks, and explored every Major League Baseball park. Their family has grown to include "daughters-in-love" Christy and Brooke, grandsons Levi, Camden, and Blake, and "grand-dogs" Jax and Ranger. The Wallace family's adventures continue through experiences such as skydiving, NASCAR ride-alongs, escape rooms, and scavenger hunts.
