Marsha Richardson began her real estate career on the Central Coast in 1977 as co-owner of a thriving multi-office Century 21 company. Always interested in the legal aspects of the business, she served the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors as President, MLS Chairman, Education and Professional Standards committees chairman, and C.A.R. director for many years, as well as an inter-board arbitrator for C.A.R. She has been an instructor for 35 years, helping agents understand contracts and real estate law. She has been the compliance manager and trainer for her current company, Century 21 C. Watson, for 17 years. She is passionate about private property rights and the part real estate professionals play in promoting and protecting the "American Dream." Devoted to her husband and a bevy of cat and dog family members, she dedicates any spare time to genealogy, history, reading and writing.
