Lou was born and raised in Dunmore. Graduated from Dunmore High School, earned an Associate's Degree in Business administration from Lackawanna College and completed his Real Estate courses at Penn State Dunmore Campus.
In 1968 Lou and his family opened Strazzeri's Italian-American Restaurant in North Scranton, which they operated for over forty years.
Lou and his wife Sandy reside in Scranton, have a daughter, a son and daughter in law and a granddaughter Olivia.
Lou states, "I am here to help YOU reach your goals, selling, buying, upgrading, downsizing or looking for a building to start a business."
