Hi, I'm Katrina. First off, I'm a wife to a veteran and a mom to three children. Having lived in the Fredericksburg Area for over 20 years, I like to think I know my way around town. Prior to getting my real estate license, I spent 11 years in retail management then 6 years as a stay at home mom. When my husband and I decided it was time for me to enter the work force again, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. My love for design and architecture pointed me in the direction of becoming a Realtor. I have had my license since May of 2015 and the rest is history. Real estate is now a passion of mine. I truly enjoy making connections with people and helping them with all of their real estate needs. If you are looking to buy your first home, needing something bigger to accommodate your growing family, or if you are wanting to down size, I can help. In my free time, I enjoy being outside. Playing golf, camping, hiking, and boating are a few of my favorite activities. Spending time in the Outer Banks of North Carolina with my family is also one of my most favorite past times.
