Doreen Baca has first-hand knowledge of the world's financial landscape and has chosen America's finest State (Florida) to focus on commercial real estate. Prior to moving to Florida in 2010, Doreen purchased, sold, and managed $350 Million of corporate assets in the Aviation Industry for fortune 500 companies and cross functioned corporate teams with lease structuring 1.25 million square feet of aircraft hangar, and corporate store retail space. Having worked with Corporate Executives at all levels has provided her with a mind share of experience to bring the deal from showing to closing. Doreen recognized an opportunity for needed professionals in the arena of commercial real estate and left her corporate positions behind, never looking back. She opened her own brokerage firm, PURE CRE, Inc. (PURE Commercial Real Estate) based in Northwest Florida. On April 1, 2016, Doreen merged her real estate firm PURE CRE, Inc., with Century 21 Blue Marlin Pelican expanding their commercial real estate services.
