Bill has been involved in real estate since 1976 when he first purchased approximately 25 acres of investment property in two parcels in Washington State. Since that time he has purchased and/or sold over a dozen residential, commercial, and investment properties in four States for his personal portfolio. Currently Bill owns four residential properties, a commercial business property, and raw investment acreage.
